Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for stock restocking orders, direct customer shipments (credit orders), and branch deliveries within the Northwestern Region.
- Coordinate and communicate updates on orders, delivery timelines, and shipment statuses with regional sales teams and representatives.
- Ensure accurate and prompt processing of customer orders adhering to company policies and expected service levels.
- Address inquiries and non-technical complaints from sales teams professionally and within set timeframes.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions, orders, and delivery paperwork.
- Collaborate closely with Production and Operations teams to relay product demands, priorities, and delivery schedules.
- Support production planning by supplying demand forecasts for assigned regions when required.
- Facilitate effective communication among Sales, Warehousing, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Prepare and supply required documentation such as product certifications, technical data sheets, material safety data sheets (MSDS), compliance certificates, and other customer-required paperwork.
- Maintain shipment records, customer files, and other operational documents in compliance with company document retention policies.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in customer service, sales support, logistics, distribution, or similar commercial roles.
- Strong knowledge of customer order management and distribution workflows.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and effective time management.
- Minimum of three years' experience in customer service roles.
- Previous experience working within multinational organizations.
