About the Role
Candid Health is seeking a Data Analyst to drive improvements in efficiency, scalability, and decision-making within our engineering, product, and leadership teams. This role focuses on conducting comprehensive data analyses and delivering data-driven insights that foster transformative healthcare software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough data analyses and develop visualizations tailored to diverse stakeholder needs, influencing critical business strategies.
- Create self-service tools and internal products to enhance team autonomy, efficiency, and operational workflows.
- Design and maintain scalable, robust data models serving the value needs of Candid Health customers.
- Manage business intelligence platforms to ensure data accessibility, accuracy, and usability through effective reporting and visualization.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Library Science, or a similarly data-centric field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience handling large-scale data involving analysis, ETL processes, and automation.
- At least 3 years of practical experience with data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Proficient in complex SQL queries and database environments.
- Exceptional insight into user data utilization, capable of designing appropriate insights and tools.
- Ability to work effectively within ambiguous contexts and resolve complex problems with significant business impact.
- Strong communication skills, adept at simplifying complex concepts both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity or exposure to Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), Metabase, Terraform, Python, and DBT is advantageous.
Compensation Details
The expected starting annual salary ranges from $135,000 to $180,000 USD, as per market data benchmarks. Actual salary may vary based on experience, skills, performance during hiring, and other factors. Compensation may also include equity options, benefits, and possible sales incentives. Candid Health offers minimal hierarchical structure with varied experience among colleagues.
