Data Analyst

About the Role

We are collaborating with a leading IT services organization that serves thousands of clients worldwide by delivering innovative solutions and fostering continuous skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with an enterprise-wide material transformation initiative aimed at simplifying material complexity.
• Conduct detailed data analytics to support strategic planning and implementation.
• Generate actionable insights grounded in materials, product characteristics, capabilities, and corporate financial objectives.
• Analyze substantial datasets to derive logical conclusions and effectively communicate findings.
• Develop understanding of primary vendors to enhance alignment and operational capabilities.
• Work closely with material sourcing, analytics teams, Material & Product Development, Sourcing, and Partner Management departments.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 2 years or more in a role requiring analytical expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong mathematical skills.
• Competent in creating data visualizations using Tableau.
• Preferred experience or academic background in procurement, operations, or supply chain management.
• Working knowledge of SQL; familiarity with Snowflake is advantageous.
• Experience with Python or R programming languages is a bonus.
