About the Role

Join Midi Health as a Growth Analyst to support scaling of our D2C and B2B segments through enhanced data-driven insights. Working closely with marketing and commercial teams, you will help develop actionable dashboards and conduct funnel analyses to optimize user conversion and business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Create, update, and automate comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs for cross-functional teams.
  • Examine the entire user journey to analyze conversion funnel effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with growth and commercial teams to measure and drive B2B expansion with health system and employer partners.
  • Support lifecycle marketing by analyzing engagement, re-engagement campaigns, and email/SMS performance.
  • Engage in continuous learning with mentorship aimed at progressing into a senior analytics role overseeing specific growth and marketing analytics.

What You Bring

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data into clear narratives with careful attention to data accuracy.
  • Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude) and AI-powered platforms to improve coding efficiency, tracking, and analytics scalability.
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing methodologies; statistical experimentation expertise not required.
  • A growth mindset with eagerness to learn, collaborate, and be mentored toward ownership of analytics domains.

Additional Information

  • Position is hybrid with mandatory in-office presence two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) in Palo Alto.
  • The role reports to the Director of Data Science & Analytics and is full-time on W2 employment.
  • Salary range is $120,000 to $140,000 per year, dependent on experience, plus equity and benefits.
