About the Role

As a Data Analyst within the Claims Field Staffing group, you will play a crucial role in interpreting data to illuminate staffing demands and performance patterns. Your analytical efforts will support monthly reporting and provide actionable insights to refine staffing choices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from diverse sources to support monthly reports.
- Enhance reporting workflows and improve the clarity and transparency of staffing models by elucidating the data and assumptions involved.
- Collaborate with business partners to respond to ad hoc inquiries, clarify results, and deliver insights facilitating well-informed decisions.
Qualifications
- At least four years of experience in an analytical role; or
- A bachelor's degree or higher plus a minimum of three years analytical experience; or
- A bachelor's in a quantitative discipline with at least one year of related analytical experience.
- Online pre-employment testing is required for external candidates.
Preferred Skills
- Intermediate knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, SAS, or R.
- Experience crafting dashboards and visualizations with tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong critical thinking abilities to derive conclusions and recommendations while effectively communicating complex analytics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt within a team environment.
- Experience working with complex datasets, streamlining processes, and translating analyses into valuable business insights.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual pay ranging between $67,300 and $89,700.
