Role Overview

The position is for an EHS Management System Implementation Consultant based in Bellandur, Bangalore, with working hours from 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM. The role focuses on Cority EMS and Enviance environmental health and safety software system implementation, configuration, and deployment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Understand and utilize SQL and other query-based technologies effectively.
• Gain hands-on experience with EHS management tools such as Sphera and Cority platforms.
• Leverage past experience working as a Data Engineer or Data Analyst.
• Collaborate within teams throughout the lifecycle management of Cority EMS and Enviance implementations.
• Work closely with business units to gather, refine, and document detailed system requirements and design specifications.
• Support configuration teams in system testing, integration, data migration, and preparation for production deployment.
• Provide strategic guidance on system design and configuration best practices to stakeholders.
• Engage directly with clients to validate and confirm system requirements.
• Execute all phases of project implementation including configuration, integration, training, rollout, ongoing support, maintenance, and future improvements.
• Create project documentation, including design specifications, QA and testing templates, and training materials.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience configuring EHSS software solutions, particularly Cority and Enviance.
• Familiarity with domains such as air emissions, greenhouse gas emissions, environment, health and safety, and sustainability.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Background or familiarity with Power BI and PowerApps is advantageous.

• Role timing: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM (local time, Bangalore).
• Mandatory hands-on skills with Cority EMS and Sphera tools.
• Applicants should preferably hold any graduate degree.
