Project overview
A major banking client in Saudi Arabia is seeking a migration functional lead for a greenfield Murex implementation program in Riyadh. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.
What you will do
- Build and maintain MXML import and export processes using MXML Exchange.
- Work with Murex 3.1 workflows and MxML across trade, contract, and exchange-related processes.
- Use hands-on experience in Murex workflow design for the full trade lifecycle, including interface workflow setup, confirmation production, exception handling, and OSP.
- Identify improvement opportunities and refine existing solutions through strong analytical and technical input.
Technical profile
- Deep experience in Murex migration work is required, with 7 to 10 years overall in Murex and 5 to 7 years focused on migration initiatives.
- Strong command of MXML 3.1, including XML/XST, data dictionaries, and templates, is expected.
- Practical exposure to MXML Exchange workflow development is needed.
- Experience with MQ setup and UNIX shell scripting is part of the technical stack.
- Familiarity with SWIFT and paper-based confirmations is important.
- Knowledge of trade interfaces such as MarkitWire, TOF, OMGEO, and RTNS is required.
- Understanding of market data uploads in both real-time (RTBS) and batch (MDIT) modes is needed.
- Experience with contract, deliverable, event, and exchange workflows will be valuable.
- Working knowledge of FX, IR, FI, and equity products is expected.
