Overview
HDFC Securities seeks an Assistant Manager - Marketing with 3 to 5 years of experience to lead and optimize digital campaigns. The role is based in Mumbai, focusing on fintech, stockbroking, wealthtech, or BFSI sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine multi-channel marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, RCS, Push Notifications, and In-App platforms aimed at generating quality leads and increasing conversions.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop targeted, personalized campaigns tailored to different consumer segments.
- Manage regional and vernacular adaptations of marketing content to maximize engagement among diverse customer demographics across India.
- Track and analyze the user journey from initial interaction through lead generation to final conversion, providing insightful funnel analytics.
- Prepare and disseminate comprehensive performance reports focused on key metrics like click-to-lead and lead-to-conversion ratios for various campaigns and channels.
- Coordinate efficiently among cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely campaign launches.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related quantitative disciplines.
- Proficiency with MS Office and practical experience utilizing AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.
- 3 to 6 years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing, campaign lifecycle management, or product growth, preferably within fintech or stockbroking domains.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to think quickly and execute tasks promptly without sacrificing quality.
- Self-driven, able to adapt rapidly to complex requirements, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving digital environment.
