Role Overview
The Digital Designer will collaborate closely with senior creative leadership to develop sophisticated digital content supporting multiple brands in the Marc Fisher Footwear portfolio. Responsibilities include designing digital assets for ecommerce websites, email marketing, social media, wholesale channels, and performance marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create digital designs for websites, landing pages, email blasts, paid and organic social ads, wholesale branded stores, and motion/video content.
- Manage projects independently from initial concepts through to production-ready deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand standards, business objectives, and creative direction.
- Partner with Senior Digital Design Directors, Art Directors, and cross-functional teams in creative, marketing, ecommerce, and production to define project priorities and requirements.
- Develop user-centric UX/UI designs including user flows, wireframes, responsive layouts, and polished visual interfaces that enhance marketing initiatives.
- Maintain consistent branding across responsive digital experiences, utilizing design systems, templates, and asset libraries across devices and platforms.
- Prepare final assets for production, manage creative variations, and assist with image editing, retouching, and post-production processes.
- Incorporate AI-driven creative tools and emerging technologies to boost creative ideation, efficiency, and innovation while upholding brand integrity.
- Participate in creative reviews, share knowledge, advocate for workflow enhancements, and promote adoption of design trends, ecommerce best practices, and accessibility standards.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in digital design, preferably within fashion, retail, ecommerce, or consumer brand sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Expert-level skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong proficiency in Figma for digital layouts, components, and collaborative projects.
- Proven ability creating motion and video content using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software.
- Deep understanding of digital design principles including typography, layout, visual hierarchy, responsive design, user experience, accessibility, and user-centered design.
- Track record of delivering high-volume ecommerce and performance marketing assets across diverse channels.
- Excellent organizational abilities to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines efficiently, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to present design concepts clearly and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Experience interpreting and implementing brand guidelines consistently across digital platforms.
- Familiarity or interest in utilizing AI-powered creative technologies to enhance design exploration and production.

Work Location
This position operates on a hybrid schedule based in Midtown New York City, requiring three days onsite and two days remote per week.
