About the Role
Join Sodexo Live! as a Director of Creative Design within the Corporate Marketing Team, working remotely to produce standout events and unforgettable experiences at top-tier venues worldwide. This leadership position involves managing the end-to-end processes of design and content initiatives that propel business growth and strengthen brand identity. The role balances independent specialized technical tasks with collaborative team efforts to ensure quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customized print and presentation materials aligned with client objectives and marketing strategies, managing collateral production.
- Direct all stages of bespoke design projects, from ideation through to completion, guiding and mentoring designers on intricate assignments.
- Create compelling visual content that supports sales presentations, marketing campaigns, and business development, actively participating in bid meetings to ensure client needs are met.
- Maintain and enhance content consistency across multiple platforms, ensuring strategic business alignment.
- Manage client relationships and oversee proposal processes, including editing RFP Q&A materials for future applications.
- Lead and cultivate teams, encourage a positive workplace culture, collaborate cross-departmentally, and implement cutting-edge workflows and technologies to meet tight deadlines effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of management experience with 5-8 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong ability to foster strategic partnerships with clients, teams, and external partners to ensure project success.
- Advanced expertise in creative design, content development, multimedia production, print operations, and digital content management.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to juggle multiple complex projects under pressure.
- Proven leadership and communication skills to mentor and drive continuous improvement within diverse teams.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary ranges from $115,940 to $150,040 annually, with eligibility for Sodexo's variable incentive plan.
