About the Role
WW+P Architects is looking for a confident and adaptable leader to represent the practice across the Middle East. About WW+P
WW+P is an internationally recognised architecture, urban design, and planning practice with 400+ architects, urban designers, and planners working across 12 studios worldwide, including London and Manchester. Established in 1985, the practice brings together planning, urban design, landscape architecture, and architecture to deliver regenerative, technically robust projects that help shape better cities, smarter infrastructure, and more inclusive communities.
WW+P is part of the 10N Collective, an Egis-backed network of leading urbanism, architecture, and design practices. In 2026, SvN Architects and Planners joined WW+P, combining over 80 years of shared expertise in urban design and planning.
As part of Egis, a global organisation operating in 100 countries with 19,500 employees, WW+P contributes to sustainable, resilient, and climate-responsive environments worldwide. In the Middle East, Egis has 3,500 professionals across eight countries and has delivered 700+ major development projects, supporting governments, investors, and developers with long-term positive impact.

- Develop and deepen client relationships through networking, visibility, and active engagement to create new business opportunities.
- Promote a user-centred design mindset and demonstrate empathy for end users in project development.
- Protect and strengthen WW+P’s identity by ensuring outputs reflect the brand’s values and communication style.
- Identify and pursue fresh business opportunities by expanding client understanding of core capabilities, spotting potential within existing relationships, and using formal and informal networks.
- Help improve project profitability wherever possible.
Requirements
