Role summary

Belle is hiring a Dispatch Support Agent to keep field operations organized, accurate, and moving efficiently each day. This position sits at the center of scheduling and communication, making sure appointments are confirmed, gaps are filled quickly, and members receive care without unnecessary delays. The role requires someone who can handle a busy, changing environment, communicate clearly with different stakeholders, and stay highly detail-focused while using scheduling tools and CRM systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Use waitlists and pull-forward opportunities to fill same-day and next-day openings so capacity is used effectively.
  • Contact members proactively to turn open slots into completed appointments.
  • Respond to members promptly and professionally through text and chat.
  • Handle live scheduling disruptions and technician callouts in real time, with the goal of reducing missed appointments through quick rescheduling.
  • Act as the main two-way radio contact for field technicians and help resolve issues such as delays, no-answer visits, and navigation problems.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to protect scheduled visits and limit preventable cancellations.
  • Record member conversations, scheduling actions, and final outcomes accurately and on time in the CRM.
