Role Overview

This position is based in Bengaluru on a hybrid work model. The developer will create elegant software solutions for clients using modern methodologies and technologies. They will participate in building software products from the ground up using cutting-edge platforms and languages including .NET Core, Java, Python, JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS or AngularJS, GoLang, and Scala. The role emphasizes working within dynamic, collaborative, transparent, and non-hierarchical teams focused on delivering innovative customer experiences and fostering the growth of future developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality software experiences leveraging design thinking, lean, and agile principles.
• Contribute to products built with latest technologies such as .NET Core, Java, Python, JavaScript frameworks, GoLang, and Scala.
• Collaborate in fast-paced, value-driven teams maintaining transparency and innovation.
• Mentor and support the development of upcoming engineering talent.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with .NET technologies.
• At least 2 years of practical experience with .NET Core development.
• Preferably experienced with UI development using ReactJS or AngularJS.
• Familiarity with Agile software development processes and fully automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong passion for software engineering with adherence to best coding practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities along with effective communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Customer and product-focused mindset.
• Robust object-oriented programming skills, including proficiency with design patterns.
• Keen interest and awareness of current trends in the technology landscape.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
