About the Role
Join Flo & Frankie’s Digital Marketing team as an eCommerce Coordinator based at our Parnell Head Office in Auckland. This position offers true ownership of key digital channels and a chance to influence how we engage with customers across New Zealand and Australia. You'll harness data-driven insights, explore customer shopping behaviors online, and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full Klaviyo platform lifecycle including campaigns, segmentation, automations, flows, and reporting to increase retention and customer lifetime value in NZ and AU.
- Collaborate with our agency partner to support and eventually take full ownership of paid channels such as Google Ads.
- Ensure accuracy and alignment of Google Merchant Centre, product feeds, and website content with business objectives.
- Enhance SEO and AI-driven search visibility to boost brand discoverability across different search engines and AI platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics using GA4, Klaviyo, Profit Peak, and AI tools to translate findings into actionable improvements.
- Track customer patterns, competitor movements, and industry trends to continuously improve digital experience.
- Work closely with Customer Care teams to identify and resolve online customer pain points improving the website journey.
- Assist in executing the eCommerce calendar including campaigns, promotional events, product launches, and key trading moments.
- Adopt a test-and-learn approach to consistently refine conversion rates, engagement, and overall customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in eCommerce, CRM, digital marketing, on either the agency or brand side.
- Practical hands-on skills with Klaviyo or similar CRM tools including managing campaigns, customer segmentation, and automations.
- Well-versed in eCommerce fundamentals, customer journey mapping, and relevant performance indicators.
- Confident data analyst capable of converting data insights into strategic recommendations.
- Proficient in utilizing AI tools effectively to enhance productivity.
- Experience working collaboratively with agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage several priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proactive, quick learner with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Curiosity-driven with a strong inclination towards experimentation and continuous learning.
- Relevant qualifications are advantageous but solid practical experience is key.
