Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement dependable, efficient Embedded C firmware tailored for bare-metal microcontroller platforms.
- Create, set up, and validate bespoke bootloaders and peripheral drivers on TI and ST microcontrollers.
- Utilize industry-standard static code analysis tools to uphold coding standards, identify vulnerabilities, and ensure product quality.
- Conduct low-level hardware debugging, logic analysis, and unit tests to confirm firmware stability and reliability.
- Work closely with engineering teams to incorporate firmware components into Project Udaan, adhering to planned schedules.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Expert-level experience in Embedded C programming focusing on bare-metal environments without heavy OS abstractions.
- Proficient with TI microcontrollers (e.g., C2000, MSP430, Sitara) and STMicroelectronics devices (e.g., STM32).
- Demonstrated ability to architect custom bootloaders, manage flash memory efficiently, and develop low-level peripheral drivers such as I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN.
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience implementing embedded cybersecurity features including secure boot, cryptographic libraries, hardware security modules, and secure over-the-air firmware update systems.
