Role summary

The Executive Assistant will work closely with the CFO, handling day-to-day administrative and organizational support to keep priorities on track. This position plays an important strategic part in helping the Finance Department meet its goals across the MEIAT region.

Organization and scheduling

  • Oversee the CFO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and align logistics with Maisons and the Geneva HQ.
  • Arrange and manage business travel for the CFO.
  • Coordinate visits to the MEIAT region for visitors from Richemont HQ or Maison HQ, including schedules, meetings, transport, and professional guest reception in coordination with HQ support.
  • Set up recurring regional and finance meetings, including 2 annual MEIA Board meetings, 1 annual MEIA BU meeting, 2 annual Townhalls, Market Business Review sessions, monthly direct report meetings, 2 annual Finance Townhalls, quarterly Top 30 meetings, and annual conferences.

Administrative support

  • Draft reports and written or verbal communications on behalf of the CFO.
  • Prepare minutes for meetings attended.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations with input from other departments, such as for Board and BU meetings.
  • Develop documents and templates required by the CFO.
  • Safeguard corporate records and documents.
  • Write confidential correspondence, reports, and other business documents.
  • Build and maintain filing and record-keeping systems.

  • Draft departmental announcements on behalf of the CFO.
  • Coordinate team meetings and team-building activities with HR.

Internal communication

  • Serve as a central point of contact for the CFO with directors, assistants, and other departments across regional and international teams.
  • Encourage collaboration among regional Finance market teams.
  • Support coordination with HQ and the regional leadership team.
  • Help ensure smooth and timely distribution of information.
  • Contribute to the organization, planning, scheduling, and logistics of the Finance talent program, including Finance accelerator activities.

Project management

  • Support special and regional projects assigned by the CFO, including regional events and corporate initiatives.
