Job Overview
The role of a Field Collection Executive involves actively pursuing overdue payments or EMIs directly from customers by visiting their residences or business locations. This position demands persistent engagement with clients to facilitate debt recovery while complying with all applicable legal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits to client homes or business premises to recover outstanding payments.
- Engage customers in discussions to negotiate feasible repayment plans.
- Maintain strict adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks during collection activities.
Requirements
- Possess a valid two-wheeler driving license for area mobility.
- Hold a DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification.
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation abilities and the capability to navigate local areas efficiently.
Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is between 20,000 and 32,000 INR per month.
