Role Overview
As a Finance Analyst focusing on intercompany processes, you will support procure-to-pay (P2P) and intercompany activities aligned with established policies and strategies. Reporting to the R2R Expert, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable transactions, analyzing accounts receivable data, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and complying with relevant accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage processing of accounts payable transactions ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct activities within the accounts payable domain to deliver precise and timely financial reports.
- Analyze assigned reports and take necessary corrective actions when required.
- Support compliance with internal controls over financial reporting related to accounts payable.
- Participate in internal control testing by preparing relevant documentation.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders about process progress and issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Verify invoices for compliance with fiscal and internal control standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in SAP, particularly with Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with SAP/S4 HANA is preferred.
- Strong accounting knowledge with an enthusiasm for analytics.
- Degree in M.Com, MBA in Finance, or B.Com.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
