Job Summary
The F&B Supervisor will assist in managing the food and beverage operations at the resort with a focus on maximizing guest satisfaction and elevating team performance and business outcomes. Key responsibilities include fostering guest satisfaction, upholding a safe and hygienic work environment, and ensuring premium quality food and beverage offerings. The role requires building a cohesive team environment, delivering timely and courteous service aligned with brand and operational standards, managing daily team relations, and empowering team members through training and effective problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Possess a college diploma in Hotel Management or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate prior experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
