About the Role

Become a key team member at one of Germany’s foremost AI-native InsurTech scaling ventures by working closely with the Founder and CEO. This venture-backed AI software firm is revolutionizing the commercial insurance market, having successfully developed and proven their AI platform within their own brokerage before ramping up their scaling efforts supported by top venture capitalists and collaborations with leading German insurance brokers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the company’s priority projects across go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives.
• Support strategic planning and financial analysis efforts.
• Assist in fundraising activities and prepare investor reports.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO’s office managing cross-functional projects.
• Lead business development and cultivate strategic partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills

• Exceptional academic record.
• Prior experience as a Founder’s Associate, including internships.
• At least one year of professional work experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in German.
• A proactive approach with high ownership, curiosity, and keen attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Berlin.
