About Mindrift and the Role
Mindrift collaborates with leading tech innovators by connecting experts to AI-driven projects aimed at harnessing the power of Generative AI globally. Currently, we seek a skilled Presentation Designer for the Tendem project to enhance specialized storytelling workflows within our AI-human hybrid system.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-impact pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored to specific audiences.
- Convert intricate data and narratives into clear, minimalist visual stories emphasizing precise hierarchy.
- Enhance presentation quality using custom typography, smooth animations, and consistent design elements.
- Maintain a premium, corporate yet creative aesthetic across all outputs.
- Ensure stringent formatting standards, including perfect alignment, pacing, and brand consistency, before delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum two years of experience in graphic or presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization preferred.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related creative discipline is advantageous.
- Expertise in presentation platforms such as PowerPoint and Keynote, including building dynamic and animated decks.
- Strong proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for custom graphics and layouts.
- Capability to translate complex hierarchical data into clear, minimalist visual presentations.
- Advanced skills in typography and animations tailored for high-quality deliverables.
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency (B2 level or above) required.
Additional Expectations
- Experience crafting premium corporate-creative style layouts.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to flawless visual presentations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently resolve design challenges.

Project and Compensation Details
During active phases, the expected weekly time commitment ranges from 10 to 20 hours, though workload is not guaranteed and varies with project demands. Compensation can reach up to $50 per hour based on skill level and productivity. Rates differ across projects depending on scope and expertise required.
