Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement web-based applications focused on e-business and e-commerce projects.
• Consider the customer's journey and UI/UX during shop development.
• Generate ideas to optimize conversion rates.
• Analyze and reduce shopping cart abandonment rates.
• Enhance performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ownership, actively contributing to the team culture and community through innovative efforts.
• Fluency in German and English, as well as foundational skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Preferably possess experience and knowledge in e-commerce platforms like Shopware or other content management systems.
• If lacking prior experience, a strong enthusiasm for continuous personal and team development is essential.
