Frontend Software Engineer (Remote Contract)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Software Engineer to join our team on a remote contract basis. This role involves creating detailed technical documentation and building high-quality user interfaces by interpreting design guidelines and screenshots to deliver precise and visually consistent web components.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive technical documents and relevant examples drawn from practical frontend engineering cases.
• Assess UI implementations and styling methods to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Translate component style guides and interface visuals into flawless frontend deliverables.
• Construct pixel-perfect, responsive web components using modern technologies including Typescript and CSS3.
• Ensure all interface elements comply with established design systems and accessibility criteria.
• Work collaboratively and asynchronously within a remote-first setting, providing clear documentation and constructive feedback.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve any inconsistencies or unclear aspects in design instructions.
• Enhance UI performance by optimizing load times and interaction fluidity across various devices.
• Provide specialized knowledge to support the training of advanced AI models.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least three years of experience delivering high-quality frontend projects.
• Proficiency in Typescript, CSS3, and responsive web design fundamentals.
• Proven ability to produce pixel-perfect user interfaces based on detailed visual references.
• Experience in working with and extending design systems and component style guides.
• Strong command of English for effective communication.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in distributed teams.
• A Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science or related field is advantageous.
