Keyholder Role Overview

Keyholders play a critical role in ensuring consistently excellent store operations and customer engagement.   • Assisting with unloading deliveries of pet food and supplies (up to 50 lbs) and properly stocking items
  • Opening and closing the store following established company procedures
  • Delegating daily tasks and goals to Associate Customer Experts (ACEs) in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
  • Carrying out additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years' experience in retail or customer service roles
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service abilities
  • Capability to repeatedly lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business requirements
  • Reliable transportation to commute to and from the store
  • A valid driver's license may be necessary
