Role and Responsibilities
- Define and polish a distinctive investment thesis and fund strategy tailored to your vision.
- Establish and manage all aspects of your venture capital fund, including legal structure, compliance, and limited partner (LP) closing processes.
- Engage with a diverse, global community of peers and seasoned mentors.
- Secure limited partners, oversee due diligence procedures, and officially launch your fund within six months.
