About the Role

Our client, a globally recognized leader in dental technology and manufacturing with a robust presence across Asia, is launching a new production facility to cater to an expanding market. This unique opportunity involves spearheading the foundation and growth of a major manufacturing operation from inception.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of the production site, including all infrastructure and support teams from scratch.
• Craft and implement both short-term and long-term strategic plans tailored to regional goals.
• Drive business expansion by pinpointing and securing new revenue-generating opportunities throughout the MENA region.
• Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with crucial industry players and stakeholders.
• Manage daily operational activities to uphold standards of efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Over a decade of demonstrated success in production, business development, and operational leadership within the dental sector or an analogous industry.
• Proven leadership capability in team formation and scaling.
• Strong business insight with a history of spotting and capitalizing on market prospects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing, laboratory operations, relevant technologies, and sector trends.
• Sound financial skills encompassing budgeting and profit management.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi, with relocation assistance provided.
