Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage execution activities related to highway operations and maintenance projects.
• Plan and oversee project execution workflows and timelines.
• Compile and submit various reports including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress updates.
• Develop detailed work programs and prepare presentations for project review.
• Create detailed structural working drawings and bar bending schedules for components such as U-Girder, Spine and wing segments, PSC box segments with strut beams, bridges, viaducts, underpasses, box culverts, pipe culverts, and reinforced concrete details.
• Conduct accurate quantity measurement and surveying; verify contractor claims; prepare progress documentation; and inspect work items at various stages to authorize payments.
• Estimate project costs and bill of quantities; report updates to head office management.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
• Perform site visits for Detailed Project Reports (DPR), feasibility studies, and bidding preparations.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
