Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team at our main office in Berlin. We encourage applications from women.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design presentations, brochures, flyers, promotional items, and trade show displays following the established corporate identity guidelines while contributing original creative concepts.
• Maintain the Corporate Design guide and ensure adherence to all relevant design policies.
• Develop mockups to enhance the company’s brand presence and blog.
• Conduct research on products and company information as needed.
• Prepare final print-ready files for external service providers.
• Create and edit photos, screenshots, icons, and business graphics for various media outputs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed training as a media designer or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in graphic design, typography, and layout.
• Excellent German language skills (C1 level) and good proficiency in English.
• Strong interest and affinity for software and B2B communication.
• Solid photography skills with confident camera handling.
• Experience in photo editing and retouching.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Affinity suite, Canva, and Lightroom.
• Additional beneficial skills include knowledge of TYPO3, DaVinci, and Blender.
• Self-motivated, strong communicator, and capable of working well in teams.
