Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Gruppenleiter*in (Group Leader) to join our team at the Werkstatt für behinderte Menschen in Weierweiler, Saarland. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with a workload of 39 hours per week and an initial one-year fixed-term contract under the TV AWO Saarland EG S7 pay scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and guiding workshop participants with disabilities.
• Executing measures as outlined in individual participation plans and maintaining thorough documentation.
• Assisting in preparing participants for employment opportunities or internships in various companies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed vocational training as an occupational therapist or curative education nurse.
• Proven experience in respectfully working with people with disabilities.
