Position Overview

We are seeking motivated multi-trade technicians with expertise in various handyman skills. Our ideal Craftsperson is dedicated to quality workmanship, timely task completion, and superior customer service. This position requires problem-solving abilities, independence, and strong communication skills. You will be joining a collaborative team with opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute tasks across multiple trades including plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall repair, tile work, and electrical tasks.
• Utilize proper tools and equipment suited to each job, ensuring professional standards.
• Identify and resolve potential issues efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate clearly with management, colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
• Maintain a clean-cut appearance, organized tools, and a well-kept vehicle.
• Be punctual, efficient, honest, and strive to exceed customer expectations.
• Build confidence and rapport with customers by listening attentively and recommending additional services when appropriate.
• Work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with no weekend shifts.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Comprehensive working knowledge of general trades: plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, tile, and electrical.
• Experience with mini-split HVAC systems is advantageous.
• Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to handle diverse repair challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage workload and contribute positively to a team environment.
