Job Overview

The position entails overseeing the housekeeping department to guarantee exceptional cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel premises, including guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas both front and back of house.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Manage the timely replacement of linens, towels, and guest amenities to maintain continuous availability.
• Promptly identify and report any maintenance concerns to facilitate quick resolution.
• Engage courteously with guests to understand and fulfill their housekeeping requests efficiently.
• Follow all approved cleaning protocols and comply with safety guidelines consistently.
• Keep an accurate inventory, documenting any losses, damages, or irregularities encountered.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Demonstrate a minimum of seven years of housekeeping experience in high-end hotels or similar upscale environments.
• Exhibit strong team leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills.
• Communicate effectively in English to liaise with hotel staff and guests.

Compensation

The annual salary offered ranges between 200000 to 300000 INR.
