Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to efficiently manage a variety of human resource functions within our organization based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities to attract suitable candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding processes and facilitate induction programs.
- Foster strong employee relations to support a positive workplace environment.
- Compile and analyze performance reports and conduct evaluations.
- Maintain attendance tracking and leave management systems.
- Prepare and process offer letters, appointment letters, and manage exit formalities.
- Organize and maintain HR documentation and employee records.
- Address employee grievances and administer disciplinary procedures.
- Implement and update HR policies in line with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Maintain HR Management Information System (MIS) and generate monthly reports.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
