Key Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals to strengthen organizational sustainability.
• Manage and resolve high volumes of complex HR issues, including associate inquiries, conflict resolution, emergency support, and investigations, adhering to company values and standards.
• Provide guidance to employees and leaders on associate relations, absence management, and performance improvement.
• Analyze organizational trends and risks to inform initiatives, policy enhancements, and cultural development.
• Work closely with leadership teams to address associate relations and performance matters within supported areas.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, policies, and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional HR service through clear communication via face-to-face, phone, and written interactions in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support HR and organizational change projects to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Human Resources role.
• Retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated capability to lead through change and succeed in a dynamic retail setting.
• Proficiency in handling associate relations, performance management, and case handling.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Adeptness at collaborating across multiple units and locations.
• Up-to-date with current HR technologies, systems, and data analytics.
• Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and customer service skills, particularly in de-escalating difficult situations.
• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
