About the Role
At SIXT, we are innovating the future of HR technology by integrating AI deeply into our systems. As the HRIS AI Vibecoder within the People Systems, Data & AI team, you will play a pivotal role in building the next-generation HRIS. Partnering closely with our HRIS AI Vibecoding Architect, you'll transform visionary architectural concepts into dependable and effective technical infrastructure. Your core focus will be on database design, permissions, and foundational system elements, utilizing advanced AI-assisted development techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the central technical infrastructure underpinning SIXT's AI-driven HR systems, including databases and data models.
- Implement robust access controls, permission schemas, and security protocols to secure data integrity and support compliance across the HRIS platform.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and Vibecoding strategies to create technical solutions.
- Convert detailed architectural plans from the HRIS AI Vibecoding Architect into scalable, reliable system components.
- Diagnose and resolve infrastructure-level technical challenges, consistently enhancing system performance and stability.
- Produce clear technical documentation and help define engineering standards within the People Systems, Data & AI team.
Required Skills and Experience
- Practical experience in backend development, database engineering, or infrastructure-related technical roles, ideally in the enterprise software space.
- Strong expertise in database design, data modeling, system architecture, and access/permission management.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development environments such as Claude, Cursor, or similar Vibecoding platforms, with readiness to utilize AI as a key coding assistant.
- Basic knowledge of HR systems or HR data structures is advantageous, supporting infrastructure development aligned with modern HR needs.
- A meticulous, organized work approach with strong ownership and dedication to precision and dependability.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively alongside architects and cross-functional teams to deliver aligned solutions.
