Overview
This position is for an HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize the UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) HCM system in a global organization comprising over 3,000 employees. The role is fully remote on a 4-month contract with high chances for extension or conversion to full-time. The candidate will conduct a phone screening followed by a video interview.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the UKG Pro platform.
- Setup and configure Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Onboarding modules.
- Develop business intelligence dashboards and workforce analytics reports.
- Design and maintain workflows and business rules within the system.
- Manage role-based access control and security permissions in UKG Pro.
- Configure policies for Paid Time Off (PTO), leave, accruals, pay rules, shifts, overtime, and scheduling.
- Implement system upgrades and enhancements to maintain optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and errors.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT teams and third-party vendors for successful system operation and process improvement.
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.
Skills and Experience Required
- At least three years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro (Legacy UltiPro) and certified for a minimum of one year.
- Minimum three years working with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems including HR and Payroll modules.
- Experience with UKG Core HR, Payroll, Onboarding, People Analytics, Time & Attendance, and Business Intelligence.
- Expertise in managing security roles and implementing role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Proficient in leave and PTO setup, workflow configuration, and system administration.
- Preferred: knowledge of UKG Dimensions / Time & Attendance modules, configuring multi-state payroll, global workforce support, security architecture, BI dashboards, workforce analytics, system integrations, compliance, troubleshooting, and project management.
Additional Information
This is a contract role based in the United States with 100% remote work. The duration is initially for 4 months, with a strong possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position. Interview stages include phone and video calls. Benefits and perks details were not provided.
