HTML and CSS Developer

Job Overview

This role involves working remotely on an hourly contract basis to assess AI-generated HTML and CSS code as well as UI layouts. You will deliver high-quality reference implementations and detailed step-by-step guidance for both common and advanced frontend tasks. The position supports the enhancement of AI models leveraged worldwide by developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create instructive AI training content by developing detailed prompts and exemplary solutions focused on HTML and CSS topics.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses by judging semantic accuracy, accessibility, adaptability, and overall visual quality.
• Validate AI outputs to ensure correctness and safety, assessing real-world user interface examples for reliability.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related practical experience.
• Have accumulated over 4 years of professional experience crafting production-ready user interfaces using semantic HTML and contemporary CSS.
• Demonstrate expert skills in CSS layouts such as Flexbox and Grid, responsive design patterns, and component-based styling methodologies.
• Be knowledgeable about accessibility standards including semantic HTML structure, ARIA implementation, keyboard navigation, focus management, and WCAG compliance.
• Understand browser internals like box model, stacking contexts, positioning, rendering nuances, and cross-browser compatibility testing.
• Have experience with CSS scalability practices like naming conventions (BEM or equivalents), theming with design tokens and variables, and managing CSS specificity.
• Familiarity with modern CSS tools (Sass/PostCSS, Tailwind, CSS Modules, styled systems) is advantageous but core HTML/CSS accuracy is paramount.
• Communicate effectively in English at minimum C1 level, capable of drafting lucid technical explanations and following complex English guidelines.
• Bring demonstrated proficiency in detailed code review processes and enforcing UI quality benchmarks concerning accessibility, responsiveness, and maintainability.
• Prior exposure to AI training data work or evaluating AI-generated technical materials is a valuable bonus.
• Show meticulous attention to detail and a systematic approach for assessing reasoning quality and subtle UI behavior issues.
