Hypefly India Products Private Limited operates as an online marketplace specializing in sneakers, streetwear, beauty, and fitness merchandise. The company is based in Juhu, Mumbai, currently employing a compact team of 14 that is expanding to more than 30 personnel.

Role Summary and Responsibilities

The organization is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to manage recruitment and daily HR operations, with a primary concentration on hiring senior and mid-tier positions. Key duties encompass sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and finalizing offer letters. The position also involves building a talent pipeline for upcoming vacancies and occasional recruitment for warehouse and operational staff.

• Recruit senior and mid-level personnel including managers, specialists, and various office roles.
• Source candidates, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and close employment offers.
• Develop a candidate pipeline to anticipate future hiring requirements.
• Support recruitment for warehouse and operations staff as needed.
• Manage monthly payroll processing efficiently.
• Oversee new employee onboarding, including preparation of offer letters and official documents.
• Handle attendance records and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for PF, ESIC, and TDS.
• Administer final settlements for outgoing employees.

Requirements

• Between 2 and 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proven track record of recruiting for mid to senior management roles.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliances including PF and ESIC.
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Ability to function autonomously with minimal supervision.
