Job Overview
The Human Resources Generalist will handle various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee termination, payroll management, benefits administration, and enforcement of company policies. This role requires building effective partnerships with company managers to address their HR requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
- Coordinate and improve new employee orientation and onboarding programs as well as employee separation procedures.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure accurate payroll processes.
- Create and update employee handbooks to reflect company policies.
- Lead training and professional development initiatives.
- Ensure all company practices comply with internal policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years' experience working within Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
