Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the HVAC team by managing schedules, training programs, and supervising technicians to deliver maintenance and repair work that meets safety and quality standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, performing routine inspections, repairs, and preventative care to preserve optimal equipment function.
• Organize and assign daily tasks, monitor job completion, and accurately document maintenance activities within the management system.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with applicable regulations and internal company standards for HVAC operations.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services, ensuring work meets necessary quality and completion standards.
• Respond swiftly to maintenance requests and guest comfort concerns to minimize service disruptions and uphold a safe environment.
• Plan and execute scheduled preventive maintenance actions to enhance reliability and extend equipment longevity.
• Perform routine inspections of HVAC equipment and related facilities to identify maintenance requirements and flag issues needing escalation.
