About the Company

NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC) is part of a partnership with Air Products and ACWA Power to develop a cutting-edge $8.4 billion green hydrogen ammonia production facility in NEOM, integrating renewable solar, wind, and energy storage, targeted to be operational by 2026.

Role Overview

The ID / Access Control Specialist II is tasked with day-to-day administrative responsibilities within the NGHC Technical Services Team. The focus lies in delivering high-quality customer service regarding issuing identity cards, visitor and employment passes, and vehicle passes, while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards. The role supports the implementation of the NGHC Site Access Control Procedure overseen by the Technical Services Lead, involving credentials management, government document verification, monitoring expiry dates, and revoking access when applicable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue various NGHC identity cards and temporary passes for visitors, employees, and vehicles.
  • Conduct criminal records requests as needed.
  • Maintain and input precise records into the NGHC ID/Access Control System promptly.
  • Ensure cancellation of expired ID cards following department notifications.
  • Preserve a comprehensive audit trail of all access privileges and update records throughout their valid periods.
  • Master the NGHC ID/Access Control System operation and troubleshoot badge-related issues.
  • Manage badge printing, entry accuracy, and timely distribution.
  • Report on shift punctually, prepared, and adhere to the NGHC Security Code of Conduct.
  • Stay knowledgeable about post orders, assignment instructions, SOPs, and perform all security and administrative duties assigned.
  • Engage proactively as a reliable team member, maintaining high standards in all tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum high school certificate; additional technical or academic training advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of verifiable work experience, preferably with security-related systems and access control software.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and positive customer service experience.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic communication, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft applications and general computer use.
  • Preferred knowledge includes policy implementation, security industry operational requirements, and effective teamwork.

Additional Requirements

  • Possession or eligibility for a valid security license is mandatory.
