Information Manager (Remote)

Role Overview

This full-time position involves managing human-annotated datasets critical for AI training and evaluation. The Information Manager will oversee data collection, validation, and management processes to guarantee precision and practical usability of the data for further applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update datasets curated through human annotation to support AI model training and assessment.
• Conduct thorough review and validation of data labels ensuring uniformity and high quality across all datasets.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to determine data needs and address inconsistencies in annotation.
• Create and maintain documentation covering data gathering techniques, labeling protocols, and quality control standards.
• Track data workflow performance and introduce enhancements aimed at boosting operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in data annotation, validation, or quality assurance is essential.
• Proficiency using data labeling platforms such as Label Studio or Prodigy is highly favorable.
• Competence with spreadsheets, database systems, or other data management tools is required.
• Strong attention to detail paired with the ability to adhere to structured data processing guidelines.
• Excellent written communication skills for documenting procedures and instructions effectively.

Compensation
