Job Summary
FynnEdge Advisory(OPC) Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated inside sales executive to join their rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outbound sales calls, converting leads to clients, and supporting overall sales efforts to boost revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads using inbound and outbound methods including cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead identification to deal closure.
- Understand and address customer requirements by offering suitable solutions aligned to company products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve and surpass targets.
- Perform follow-ups to nurture leads into long-term customers.
- Contribute to sales strategy development for business expansion.
- Negotiate effectively and handle objections to close deals smoothly.
- Provide management with insights on market trends, customer feedback, and sales techniques.
- Handle inbound inquiries and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Demonstrate products and communicate benefits to prospects.
- Prepare and dispatch proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Report on key sales metrics including calls made, leads generated, and deals won.
- Coordinate with marketing to support lead-nurturing and promotional efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide post-sale support ensuring customer satisfaction and onboarding success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service with proven success against sales targets.
- Comprehensive understanding of sales cycles and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of lead generation, sales automation tools, and prospecting techniques.
- Experience with virtual presentations and product demonstrations.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Self-driven and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degrees or certifications in Sales or Marketing.
- Familiarity with the Indian market dynamics.
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain tech or software products.
- Experience serving international clients or working globally.
