Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive based in Bengaluru, Karnataka to manage both inbound and outbound sales calls, ensuring targets are met while maintaining high conversion rates. This position involves understanding customer needs to recommend appropriate loan products, coordinating with operational teams for smooth disbursements, and nurturing lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales communications efficiently.
- Consistently achieve sales objectives and sustain strong conversion ratios.
- Assess client requirements and suggest the most suitable loan options.
- Maintain follow-ups with clients and manage the collection of necessary documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Operations for timely loan processing and approval.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and foster enduring professional relationships.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient communication abilities in Hindi and English.
- Capability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Previous experience in sales is advantageous.
