Key Duties

• Assist with space planning, layout development, and design advancement.
• Support creation and preparation of design presentations, material boards, and visualizations.
• Prepare detailed drawings and documents for both design and construction phases.
• Collaborate with vendors and consultants on finishing materials and FF&E selections.
• Maintain thorough project documentation ensuring consistency and meticulousness.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in a similar capacity.
• Essential experience in managing project liaison responsibilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in workplace interior design projects.
• Familiarity with building codes and foundational interior design principles.
• Strong decision-making skills, particularly under pressure.
• Outstanding abilities in communication, presentation, project oversight, and leadership.
• Proficiency in software tools including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
