IT Executive

Overview

Santushti Shakes Private Limited seeks a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive responsible for overseeing and enhancing the IT framework, POS systems, software functionality, and digital channels across various outlets. This role combines technical support with data analytics to facilitate informed operational decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee POS systems, billing software, ERP, and ensure seamless IT operations across all outlets.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues promptly.
• Liaise with vendors to coordinate software updates, annual maintenance contracts, and technical assistance.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of internet, CCTV, printers, and biometric systems.
• Design and deliver routine business reports covering daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
• Analyze sales data, inventory trends, customer behavior, and store performance to generate actionable insights.
• Produce MIS dashboards and reports to facilitate management reviews.
• Identify operational inefficiencies via data analysis and recommend solutions.
• Manage integration with third-party delivery platforms such as Zomato and Swiggy, including menu and pricing updates.
• Administer CRM, loyalty programs, and other customer engagement tools ensuring data consistency.
• Maintain secure data backups, monitor IT compliance and user access rights.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all IT assets and software licenses.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, BCA, MCA, or related disciplines.
• Certifications in Data Analytics, Networking, or System Administration preferred.
• Hands-on experience with POS and ERP systems, preferably within QSR/F&B sectors.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS report generation; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, with sound understanding of networking and hardware.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.
• Capable of managing multiple outlets and priorities under pressure with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making.

Compensation and Employment Details

The monthly remuneration for this position ranges from INR 15000 to INR 20000. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
