About the Role
Maverick Drones And Technologies is seeking a Junior Accountant to manage financial records and support various accounting functions at their Kolkata location.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record daily financial transactions into the accounting software system.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and petty cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger with precision.
- Handle employee expense claims processing and reimbursements promptly.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Organize and maintain proper filing systems for all accounting documents and records.
- Facilitate internal and external audits by supplying essential documentation.
