Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Art Director with a keen aesthetic sense and a meticulous eye for detail. In this role, you will collaborate directly with the Founder and CMO to develop the visual identity of one of the fastest-growing luxury fashion accessory brands. This position suits someone passionate about design, valuing restraint and consistency over extravagance, and committed to crafting beautiful, timeless brand visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Design product graphics and launch-related assets
Create email and SMS campaign visuals
Develop assets for organic social media channels
Produce advertising campaign graphics
Design packaging, printed materials, and brand inserts
Prepare wholesale linesheets, lookbooks, and sales presentations
Generate website images, banners, and landing pages (UX/UI skills considered a plus)
Perform advanced image retouching and color corrections
Design seasonal campaigns for both digital and print media
Establish and maintain brand guidelines to guarantee a coherent brand experience at every touchpoint

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

2 to 4 years of professional experience in art direction and design
A portfolio showcasing refined taste and strong design capabilities
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma
Strong skills in photo retouching and image editing
Exceptional typography and layout design abilities
Experience preparing artwork for digital and print formats
Ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-moving environment

Additional Desired Skills

Experience with UX/UI design
Familiarity with Shopify platform
Understanding of Klaviyo email design
Basic skills in motion graphics or video editing
Background in luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors
