Junior Data Scientist

What You’ll Do

• Create analytical models and data-led solutions that help guide important business decisions.
• Tackle a range of problems spanning forecasting, optimisation, risk analysis, and customer insight.
• Train, validate, and release machine learning models into live production environments.
• Work in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to shape practical data solutions.
• Help improve the company’s modern data platform and support strong data practices across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid Python ability, along with familiarity with widely used data science libraries.
• A good grasp of machine learning, statistics, and experimental methods.
• Prior exposure to SQL and contemporary data tools is an advantage.
• A naturally curious mindset, commercial awareness, and enthusiasm for solving real business problems.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
