Junior HR Advisor

About the Role

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Junior HR Advisor to join their Dudley office on a six-month fixed-term contract. This position provides a solid opportunity for candidates with some prior HR experience who enjoy collaborating with colleagues to resolve workplace matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on employee absence management
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Communicate updates on new legislation, policies, and procedures
• Attend employee relations meetings and record minutes
• Participate in meetings aimed at enhancing HR processes

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience working in HR roles
• Relevant HR qualification is beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT applications
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Team-oriented with acute attention to detail
• Successful DBS background check may be required depending on the assignment
