Role overview
KEO Group is seeking an experienced Landscape Inspector to work from Dubai, UAE. The role sits within a multidisciplinary environment focused on planning, design, project delivery, and built and natural environments.

What you will do
- Oversee landscape construction work on site, covering softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and related civil elements.
- Check that all work follows approved drawings, technical specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Track contractor progress and workmanship to help ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Carry out site inspections and produce reports for landscape-related items.
- Assess contractors’ method statements, material submissions, and shop drawings, providing comments where needed.
- Liaise with other inspectors, engineers, and contractors to close out technical and construction issues.
- Keep detailed records of completed work, materials consumed, and any non-conformance findings.
- Support the Resident Engineer or Landscape Engineer in tracking project progress and addressing site concerns.
- Make sure health and safety requirements are followed at all times on site.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate should have around 7 years of relevant experience, along with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Prior exposure to softscape or landscape inspection on large-scale infrastructure projects in the UAE is preferred.
